Racepoint Global Appoints Edward Christopher as EVP, Account Services

BOSTON – Racepoint Global, an integrated marketing communications agency that places brands at the intersection of influence and action, today announced the hiring of Edward Christopher as Executive Vice President, Account Services.

Edward has extensive experience creating effective and award winning work for leading brands in automotive, financial services, technology and consumer goods.  At Racepoint, Edward will manage and guide the Account Services team that oversees the agency’s strategic client relationships, including IBM and PPG Industries.  He will also oversee growth of the Racepoint advertising business in the US, Europe and Asia.

Prior to Racepoint Global, Edward ran the Volkswagen North America business at Crispin Porter + Bogusky and more recently led the agency’s efforts in onboarding the US and Global Infiniti business.  Also during his time at CP+B, he oversaw the American Express account which included the OPEN Small Business unit, OPEN Forum and American Express Travel.  Edward led the team that launched Small Business Saturday, an extremely effective effort for American Express, and one that was recently named one of the top 15 campaigns of the 21stcentury by Advertising Age.  In addition to CP+B, Edward has held leadership positions with Mullen and Hill Holliday.
