Her work spans across a range of industries and targets, including corporate, consumer and business to business audiences. Amanda’s strategic story mining, planning and media relations has produced meaningful results for her clients in national business, trade, regional and broadcast outlets that has built awareness and engagement across owned, earned and paid channels.
Prior to Racepoint Global Amanda was a vice president at Weber Shandwick, Boston where she earned respect from her clients as an outcomes-focused partner who is tenacious when she needs to be, has a great sense of humor and a very effective, collaborative leadership style. Her strategic approach, experience, media relations savvy and fresh ideas have made an impact on a range of clients such as OSRAM Sylvania, Verizon, Boston 2024, Fiberlink, Fleetmatics, Cisco, Qlik, the Scottish Government, edX and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and more.
Amanda earned a Bachelor of Communications, Public Relations & Journalism from Suffolk University, Cape Cod & Boston ; and Certificate in Legal Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology, Waterford, Ireland. She is a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce “Boston Future Leaders” program for 2011 and a Publicity Club of New England annual “Bell Ringer” Awards judge since 2015.
