Setting and Sharing Goals
Setting clear goals is essential. Writing them down and sharing them with others increases the likelihood of achievement by fostering commitment, accountability, and motivation. Like many, I entered the new year with a resolution: to strengthen my body and mind through consistent exercise. My goal is to go to the gym and strength train three to five times a week. In 2024, I went once or twice a week, so I feel this is a reasonable and attainable progression. By sharing this commitment with you, I’m holding myself more accountable.
Wellness Program
Life at a PR agency moves fast. From juggling client needs to meeting deadlines, Racers must find their own pace. This understanding led to the launch of our Racepoint Global 2025 Wellness Program: Setting the Pace for Wellness. This initiative reflects our belief that well-being directly fuels our collective success.
We recognize that wellness isn’t a one-month challenge or a temporary focus—it’s fundamental to our culture. More importantly, we understand that each Racer’s wellness journey is unique. Our program is built on four essential pillars:

To support these pillars, we provide tools, resources, opportunities, and education that demonstrate our commitment to well-being. For example, we are bringing in an instructor to lead a mindfulness and meditation workshop. As technology evolves, employees are expected to work harder and faster. This workshop will be a valuable opportunity for Racers to slow down with intention.
